Joerg Klueckmann is head of Enterprise BPM at Software AG. He studied sociology, business administration and intercultural communication at FSU, Jena, Germany, and at Louisiana State University in the U.S., where he graduated with distinction. Prior to joining Software AG, Joerg was head of product marketing at Intershop and IDS Scheer. He has written numerous articles about business process management, business innovation and process intelligence.

Thomas Stoesser is a Director for Product Management & Solution Marketing at Software AG in Darmstadt, Germany. He is responsible for the areas of Business Process Improvement and Social BPM. Thomas looks after Software AG's Process Improvement solution. He also spends his time defining and driving ARISAlign, a social network for BPM and process discovery, that was launched this year in March at CeBit. Before he joined Software AG, Thomas was working for Business Objects SA where he was in the role of a Product Manager for their SAP integration.
