We’ve done it again! Once again, we are a Leader in the 2022 Gartner® Magic QuadrantTM for Global Industrial IoT Platforms for our IoT platform Cumulocity. We believe this validates that we are well positioned as an Industrial IoT platform provider today and for the future.
According to Gartner, global IIoT platforms continue to evolve and support IT/OT integration at large scale. CIOs and software engineering leaders seek to use IIoT platforms to drive sustainability, automation, remote operations, and transformation. The best solutions balance technology, partners, and domain expertise.
Gartner focused their market evaluation on three asset-intensive industries: manufacturing and natural resources, transportation, and energy and utilities. They consider an IIoT platform to be composed of the following technology functions: device management, integration, data management, analytics, application enablement and management, and security.
We are particularly proud of our customer-focused innovation strategy which we believe has contributed to us being positioned furthest on Completeness of Vision.
Being named a Leader is a nice recognition for all the hard work behind this success. Great thanks are due to:
