NRF 2019: Kiabi Focuses on the Customer

Come to NRF 2019, Retail’s Big Show in New York City; Software AG will be there with French family fashion retail powerhouse Kiabi.

Customer focus is the touchstone by which retailers measure their commitment to digital transformation. The customer experience, from search to purchase, has to be seamless – be it in store or online.

This is why retail today is all about collaboration; brick and mortar companies need non-traditional solutions, online retailers need offline solutions. We need to work together. This philosophy will be demonstrated in spades at NRF 2019, Retail’s Big Show in New York City, and Software AG will be there with French family fashion retail powerhouse Kiabi to prove it.

Kiabi first teamed up with Software AG in order to visualize and re-structure its processes and speed up and expand its customer contact. Now, we are teaming up to present together at the Big Show on Sunday, 13 January.

Kiabi, which has been working with Software AG to expand its operations across multiple countries, will talk about how it has leveraged technology to transform.  Process design and orchestration were combined with Software AG’s leading API Management capability to create growth-driving retail ecosystems.

Speaking from Kiabi will be Christophe Alié – Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Leader Innovation & Transformation. The presentation will be at Stage 4 of Expo Hall Level 1 at 0915 on Sunday, 13 January, as part of the “Big Ideas” session.

More collaboration can be experienced at our booth during 13-15 January; Steve Stone – the former CIO of Lowes and LBrands (Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, La Senza, Henri Bendel) will be available at our booth for discussions and his perspectives on digital transformation.

We will also be sharing demonstrations of solutions that are in use with some of the world’s most progressive retailers. For example:
