At the first summit for our European partners, we celebrated our thriving ecosystem of partners.

We communicated our commitment and support for our channel partners and our growing partner community – they are at the core of our growth and scale strategy.

At the event in Amsterdam our CEO Sanjay Brahmawar outlined our company strategy named Helix, our joint successes in 2021, our goals for 2022 and beyond, highlighted our strategic partnership with Silver Lake, and conveyed our plans for mergers and acquisitions.

In order for Software AG to have a sustainable profitable growth business, our strategic partner ecosystem is a core element to our  growth and scale. Sanjay announced that our partner business had a fantastic year in 2021, growing our overall business by 130%. In fact, in 40% of opportunities found by Software AG, we aligned with the customer’s chosen partner to sell together for joint wins.

We grew our deal registration and incremental business from partners’ registered leads and nearly doubled bookings on new opportunities. Our partners are our “secret weapon” for growth! Sanjay’s and other executives comments also articulated a growing opportunity for partners in the following areas: “Partner-first” mid-market approach, expanding Professional Services coverage through our partners, and developing a recurring renewals business with our ecosystem.

The EMEA partner awards were as follows:

Savangard demonstrated a 100% dedication to Software AG portfolio with over 150 Software AG skilled specialists supporting customers 24/7, along with its own solutions like “Whizzapi” and “Open Banking,” built based on Software AG technology.

Technology Strategies Middle East: Highest Incremental Pipeline Generator

With 18 years of Software AG partnership, 150 resources, 80+ customers, Technology Strategies Middle East has a strong focus on sales, presales & delivery.

Injazat Data Systems: New Partner of the Year

Injazat Data Systems is a recognized market leader in the UAE region for digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity. It is the go-to vendor for government with a strong alignment with Group 42, a government-approved cloud provider. Injazat’s flawless execution of our joint go-to-market in 2021 makes it our New Partner of the Year.

Bruhati Solutions: Innovation Partner of the Year

Bruhati’s many innovations using Software AG include Remote Refrigeration Monitoring (RRM) powered by Cumulocity IoT, along with IoT solutions for healthcare, as well as integrated processes, application and information flows for telcos.

Our long-term and trusted partner for integration & IoT, nterra integration GmbH is involved in the biggest incremental partner deal in 2021 and is already contributing relevant pipeline for 2022. Our Partner of the Year successfully brought in in big webMethods integration projects in enterprise and public segments.

bbv Software Services AG: New Partner of the Year

Our highly skilled partner in Switzerland, bbv Software Services, had very close collaboration with our Swiss sales and Professional Services teams and contributed seven-digit incremental pipeline in our first year of partnership. It is currently involved in some of the top IoT deals in the country, with very high customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

As you can see, our partners have gone above and beyond in 2021 and already in 2022. Our partner ecosystem is a vital part of how we develop, grow and support our customers.
